Eyelet Blossoms

Today's challenge on Splitcoast was to use eyelets however we wished. So, I looked through my SU! catalog to get some ideas. I came across the set Blossoms Abound and thought that that would be a perfect set to use eyelets on! So, I went to work immediately and came up with this. The eyelets are being used as berries, and the silver ones are just the finishing touch.
I used my Scor-Pal for the embossed frame. For the dots all around the border, no, I don't have the swiss dots cuttlebug folder. I wish!!!! I'm dying for that folder!!! Since I don't have it, I used my Seeing Spots or whatever it's called, brass template, and made my own little pattern. It works!

For the blossoms, I used Lovely Lilac for the background and Purple StazOn for the front to make them pop and seem more realistic. I added purple eyelets that I have had forever. I used Choc. Chip and Close to Cocoa and Sage Shadow for the stems and leaves. I put those through my mini Xyron so I wouldn't have to worry about how to adhere them to the paper! The blossoms are up on pop up dots, as well as the whole white layer. I put purple ribbon behind to give some more depth. And I sponged Lovely Lilac all around the Sage Shadow card.
